We check chemical and tensile properties of each heat number of incoming pipe to ensure that all input material is correct and matches the corresponding raw material MTR.

After cutting, each piece of pipe is marked with a batch code by low stress stamping for traceability control and then travels in a container with a route card showing its material information.

The marking of batch code is kept on the material thruout the whole process so that traceability will not get lost.
